Founder and director of Impact Paramedical and Health Institute has more than 15 years of experience working in the field of healthcare for both the government and the private sector. She has worked as a consultant for the World Health Organization and with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on many projects. She has always been passionate about education and healthcare training programs. She believes in the philosophy of being a visionary leader for her students as well as her staff and has been guiding them towards a successful career in healthcare. She is a strong believer in quality education and envisions delivering quality healthcare training at IPHI. To achieve this she has been consistently working towards raising the bar of training at IPHI. She has always been a source of inspiration to her students and motivated them to perform to their utmost capabilities for there is a huge demand and supply imbalance in the field of paramedical manpower for the healthcare industry. She is consistently taking this mission of hers forward to build capacity in the healthcare industry in the country today and for many years to come.
Dr. Nipun Choudhry (MD, Internal Medicine)
Co-founder and director of Impact Paramedical and Health Institute has a lot of expertise in both healthcare administration and academics. With his experience of working in many renowned hospitals In Delhi he has over the years realized how important it is to have a quality paramedical workforce to build high levels of efficiency in the working of a hospital. Thus, he has always pushed for quality training for the paramedical students at IPHI. He is also wellness coach and a motivational speaker, thus he constantly emphasizes and exhorts the students to maintain their drive and advance their skills through the top-notch instruction offered at IPHI. He thinks that paramedical and allied health sciences are a specialized discipline with a lot of potential in the healthcare industry, and providing quality training in this area is crucial for the modern healthcare industry.
